Our core principle: balancing your contributions and our reimbursements
Our principle is simple: aim for balance between what you pay in contributions and what we reimburse.For example, if we reimburse €50 per member per year, we set the contribution at €50.
No more, no less.
A fair price for every organization
To achieve this balance:
We calculate contributions to cover the reimbursements expected for the coming year. We adjust them annually to stay as close as possible to balance for each organization.
We also take into account the average spending of similar organizations. This way, a small organization won’t see its contributions increase drastically if expenses exceed forecasts in the first year. Its risk is pooled thanks to its size and tenure. This protects it in case of exceptional costs, such as dental implants or hospitalization.
This tailored method ensures offers that match our clients’ needs while keeping the contract in balance.
